The base holds Sudan Christian Discipleship Center, which mainly offers leadership training. The base is as a result of God's call to train and disciple church leaders in Southern Sudan, after a long-term civil war which claimed many lives and left the church very weak spiritually.

ACMI moved into the area in full force and established a school for discipleship training. the aim is to train, equip and impact skills in church leaders so that they may be able to do the same in their local communities.

Recently ACMI partnered with Life in Abundance (LIA)to carry out holistic ministry to the Sudanesse people.
